It is necessary to fill out a form with the details of all guests, as well as send documents and undergo facial verification for the check-in authorization to be issued. - Follow the Condominium's hygiene rules, paying attention to any common areas that may be open, elevators, trash disposal, among others. - Parties and excessive noise are not allowed; please respect the silence law (quiet hours), noise is permitted only until 10:00 PM. - As a courtesy, we provide some personal hygiene items for use during the first few days; if needed, there is a mini-market on the ground floor that sells these items. - We provide a full set of linens and towels, but we do not perform replacements; if you need new items, the price for each is provided by the host, or if you prefer, there is a 24-hour self-service laundry in the basement (paid service). - Some makeup, tanners, and sunscreens leave permanent stains on towels that do not come out in the wash; please be careful not to stain them, otherwise, the cost of a new piece will be charged. - In apartments with a single bed for a third guest, we leave an extra linen kit in the closet for greater comfort. This kit is included only when the reservation includes payment for the 3rd guest. Otherwise, the additional linen can be used for a fee of R
