The advertisement truly describes what it offers! I was apprehensive about how everyone would feel due to some testimonials, but I was surprised when we arrived and everything was very clean and organized, offering what was advertised! The place is wonderful, the condominium has a marvelous pool, sauna, gym, mini-market, restaurant that serves everything from coffee to dinner and drinks, plus iFood, and not to mention that on the avenue there are several shops and the shopping mall is right across the street! My husband and I loved it!! Everything was very flexible and accessible 🥰, the beach is nearby with easy access, bars, etc.! It's worth every penny, we will return as soon as possible! Note: the TV that I saw in some comments here has a sensor, you just wave your finger and it turns on, the remote control isn't the problem, haha. Thank you 🙏 it far exceeded expectations.

Lohaip was excellent, they supported me with check-in instructions, which was very smooth and easy to do, with information about the area, restaurants, tours, etc. The air conditioning was working perfectly, the apartment was very clean, the bed was excellent, and the shower in the bathroom heated up very well. I recommend them and will return!

Extremely convenient for those who need to stay/work in Barra. It has a shop selling simple items inside, a restaurant, and a plaza with plenty of greenery.

I loved the apartment! The hosts were super helpful, the place was clean, the bed linens were clean and smelled great, it has cable TV, it's a very peaceful place, the pool is wonderful and the hot tub is spectacular. We'll be back in May, see you soon!
